A modified version of its predecessor Morris APA, we played around with this one experimenting with a variety of different hops. We tested out a new dry hopping technique to protect against adding oxygen into the beer. Pressure fermented creating a natural carbonation and using a Belgian yeast which amplifies the fruit flavours and aromas. Morris IPA is bright with an orange popsicle sweetness that makes you pine for hot summer days. Finishes crisp, clean with fresh lingering citrus.
