Here’s an IPA we’re very excited about. Doing what we love to do; experimenting, we worked with our friends at escarpment labs and tested out a new yeast, called Pomona, which brings out stone fruit, mango and citrus. Brewed and dry-hopped with the most amount of hops we’ve used to date - an abundance of Amarillo, Galaxy and Citra. The result is a complete fruit bomb that’s juicy, hazy and finishes smooth with balanced bitterness.
