D.MAK Belgian Dubbel pours an inviting deep reddish-cooper that invigorates all the senses with a gentle spicy and malty-sweet nose. A soft and impeccably smooth, well-rounded mouthfeel with pronounced flavours of caramelized prunes and dates. The finish is reminiscent of sticky toffee pudding.
We omitted cane sugar from the recipe and instead brewed with locally made honey.
Delightfully smooth and comforting.
