A combination of honey, brown, and caramel malts with the addition of oats to provide a bigger mouthfeel. Brewed with 40 litres of locally sourced maple syrup from Walt's Sugar Shack, brings aromas of woody maple that eludes whiskey aged in oak barrels. 

A rich yet smooth palate with just enough sweetness to complement the dark malts and roasted coffee notes, creating a well-balanced ale that finishes slightly bitter and lingers maple syrup.
